5th grade book on freedom of religion

Hi All,
My 5th-grade is looking for a book like "Through My Eyes" or "The Story of
Ruby Bridges" which addresses freedom of religion to go along with their
unit on the Constitution.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
