HIT: National Geographic Index: how to order it

Dear All,
I received 2 ways of getting the index:
Either go to this website (I did and saw that it can be ordered online)
http://www.nationalgeographic.com/publications/
OR
    "You have to order it directly from National Geographic.  In the 2001
catalog is the following:
        National Geographic Hardcover Index:  1888-1998
JB00935C @ $32.50
        National Geographic Index Supplement:  1989-98
JB01989C @ $15.95

        Nothing is available yet for 1999, 2000, and 2001.
