Frozen Cranberry Salad

2 pkg. (3oz. each)  cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs. mayo
2 Tbs. sugar
1 c drained crushed pineapple
1 c (16oz) whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c lightly sweetened whipped cream

Bowl 1  Blend cream cheese mayo and sugar
Bowl 2  Mix pineapple cranberry sauce and nuts
Bowl 3  Whip cream till stiff
Bowl 4  combine bowl 1and 2 then gently stir in
whipped cream.
Pour into 9x5 loaf pan Cover with foil  freeze.
                       Make 12 servings

Peach (not limited to) Cobbler  (Laura gave me this
one -- see above address)

Serves 4 - 6



2 cups sliced fresh fruit (peaches, berries, etc.)
(can fruit is fine too)

2 cups (or less) sugar (depends on your taste -- I had
it with this amount)

1/2 cup butter or oleo (1 stick)

3/4 cup flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup milk



Mix fresh fruit / canned fruit with 3/4 cup sugar, let
stand (if canned fruit is sweeten, less sugar used).
Put butter in 2 quart (10 x 6 or 8 x 8) baking dish,
place in 325 degree oven to melt. Combine and stir
remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Pour over melted butter (do not stir), spoon fruit
mixture on top of batter (do not stir). Bake 325
degrees for 1 hour.



The crust is crisper when using a shallow baking dish.
