Off Topic: Lighthouses & Lodging

A wonderful colleague who is nearing retirement has confided in me concerning
one of her life-long dreams.  She would like to stay in or even "keep" a
lighthouse.  As we are in Indiana, the Great Lakes would probably be the best
bet.  We have done some net searches, but I told her I would ask the most
helpful, knowledgeable group I know.  Do state tourism departments have any
information such as this? Any suggestions?
