Hit: AR Tests

Thanks to all of you who responded to my question about ordering just one
test.  Here is
my hit on your responses.  I haven't had much luck with Advantage Learning
as they seem to require at least 20 tests to make a disk.  I'm still
working on it.

You can order just one test from the AR company website. I can't recall the
name offhand.

had parents type in about 100 I did not have.

Renaissance Learning(Advantage Learning) is the producer of AR
materials. Try a google search on Accalerated Reader;easier than going
to renaissance.com. Follett also sells quizzes. Try titlewave.com & go
to user profiles near the bottom-same price as RL -2.38/quiz. I'm not
sure, but there might be a minimum # of tests. Shipping free if
downloaded, sliding scale starting at 4.95 if by disk. I just ordered
50 quizzes today, but my materials are at school. Hope this helps.

I order online from www.renlearn.com and receive the test by email which is
put on our server by the tech person. They give instructions. The test is
$2.58 (I think) with no shipping if done by email. I have never ordered
just one, but I would think that you could do that. They do not specify any
number to order. The test is received by email within 24 hours of ordering.
For me, it is convenient, easy, and fast.

You can order 1 test or 100 tests online at Advantage Learning Systems, the
site for AR. You will need to register the first time with your customer
account number and possibly your AR program serial number but then you'll
be able to go and order whenever you need a test. You can save S&H by
selecting the Download option, too. HTH
