Australian Receipes

>Dear Aussie LM_NETTERS,
A teacher came in today asking for Australian Receipes to
bring to Christmas Day festivities. Being an elemetary
school, we are not flush with exotic cookbooks. Can any one
help with a receipe for a fruit dish and a salad from
Australia that has easily obtainable ingredients? Minnesota
does get mangos and Kiwis. Help!
