catalog card program

A retired librarian in our county is working with her church library to get
its records in order.  They are not interested in automating, but would like
to be able to print catalog cards by computer.

Do any of you have such a program (PC platform) that you are no longer using
now that you're fully automated, and would you be willing to donate it for
this use?  My friend would gladly pay mailing expense.
