LM_NET: Library Media Networking
One last request ...
When I go to http://www.lordoftherings.com all I get is a blank black
screen. When this happened with Harry Potter way-back-when I had to
download Macromedia Flash & Shockwave to get the effects. But it doesn't
work for LotR - is there some other plug-in I need?
This movie opens here on Boxing Day - that's the day after Christmas Day and
a whole new story, but has nothing to do with the WBA - and it is creating
the most amazing amount of interest. Booksellers here are making a fortune
this Christmas and Tolkein's heirs and Ms Rowling must be rolling all the
way to the bank! HP has broken all the box office records here and everyone
who has seen it loves it but it hasn't generated the amount of conversation
on lists or in the playground that I would have expected. A few of the
anti-fun people popped their heads up on talk shows but they were soon sent
on their way ...
