LM_NET: Library Media Networking

Our calculus teacher wants to copy several pages from an out of print book
for her students since they cannot purchase their own copy. We cannot locate
the publisher either. Is she within the copyright law to copy these pages
since it is out of print? If not what can we do? Thanks so much for your
help.
