GEN: cataloging art prints

Esteemed colleagues, I am once again in need of your
help.  I am a first-year librarian working on my media
specialist certification, which I will finish at the
end of this summer (yea!).  This semester I am working
full-time PLUS doing a required 60-hour practicum in
another library.  For my practicum project, I am
cataloging a group of art prints.

My question:  Have any of you cataloged art prints in
your automated system, and if so, could I see a sample
MARC record?  It would help me out a lot if I could
just see which fields you use, which you leave blank,
how you handle the 260, 300, and 520 fields, etc.  I
know I want to use the artist w/ birth and death
dates, the title of the work, and descriptors for the
style (impressionism, renaissance, romanticism, etc.).
 I have been looking in my AACR2 at realia for
guidelines, but would really like to see it in MARC
format.

Please respond to me personally as I have set LM-Net
to no mail during the crazy month of Feb. when I am
doing my job PLUS these extra practicum hours.  If you
