I am preparing a workshop for teachers to introduce them to our online databases (which includes SIRS, Ebsco Host, Electric Library, Newsbank, and Proquest). Previously, I have just taken people through the steps of searching on a topic in two or more of the databases and then just pointing out some of the special features for teachers (lesson plans, etc). However, I think that perhaps there might be a more interesting way to conduct the workshop. If you have done such workshops, and have found an interesting way of introducing them to the databases and their features, would you mind sharing it? Thanks.
