THANKS and HIT: Lake Anna in North Carolina?

I just want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to my query.  As
it turns out, there is no Lake Anna in NC.  Oh well, the stroy was good
anyway.  A special thanks to Earl Moniz for including an interesting bit of
NC history in his reply.  Did you know that criminals had the option of
going to jail or to NC once upon a time?  Many of us in the Northeast would
jump on the chance to be sent to the Carolinas....
