tech. problem with mail

I am able to receive mail, send mail, forward mail to other people.
However, when I try to forward mail to my office e-mail address it
automatically comes back to my home.  Have any of you had this problem?  I
am using outlook express.  I did talk do some of the support people that are
with my isp and they suggested uninstalling outlook express and then
reinstalling.  If I do this then I have then fun of saving all my messages
to disk, thought some of you might have a better suggestion.  If so please
