Rediker (Concourse library automation system)

Has anyone information on the positive aspects of acquiring the Concourse
system? We have used Follett library software for the past 10 years. I would
like to discover one media center that uses this system because it ties in
with the Rediker Grade Quick and attendance systems used by the school. I can
find no one with any experience with this system and would like some feedback.
