TARGET: Book title

Does this book sound familiar to anyone-I swear It's been published in the
past year or so.  It's science fiction.  A young girl goes rock climbing and
after reaching the top she finds a clone of herself (which is against the
law in this time period).  She discoveres that the clone was one that her
parents ordered and has to deal with the information.
