Hello All! A teacher has asked for some recommendations for G-rated videos (in = context of a movie) which feature a courtroom in action. In particular, = she would like to use a segment to illustrate legal practices such as = cross-examinations, objections, roles of judge, jury, defense and = prosecution lawyers. Our Grade 5 students will be putting some famous = explorers on trial - Christopher Columbus, Pizarro, Cortes, etc. in a social = studies unit. I've searched the archives, but have come up with little = so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated! =20 Shannon Betts,LMS=20 Head O'Meadow Elementary School Newtown, CT=20 sbbetts@wtco.net =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
