Gen: request for (more) help

As I said in my last email, the teacher-librarians in my district are
putting a budget proposal together for our school board.  I have been doing
some research to support our request and have been looking at the Colorado
study, How School Librarians Help Kids Achieve Standards.  In it, CSAP
scores are refered to regularly.  Can someone tell me what CSAP stands for?
