Target:Motivational film source?

A friend who works in industry asked for help finding a good 
motivational/teambuilding film to use at a training she's doing later this month. 
What's available locally looks like it's more geared for young students.  I'd 
appreciate suggestions for something peppy, appropriate for adults, and under 30 
minutes (along with a source to rent or buy, of course).  Can someone email me 
ideas?
