Thank you all who tried to help, I believe I have found one. My
original post was a request to anyone who had a discarded copy of
_Malevil_ by Robert Merle for sale. What I neglected to tell you all
was what searches I had already tried before asking for assistance. If
any of you have tried to find an out of print and hard to find title
this will be old news, but over a period of several months I have
searched. I used; AddAll, BestBookBuys, Barnes and Noble, Amazon, ABE,
Bibliofind, BookSearch, BookPool and I found a reference once on
Powell's. What I found was, old copies in as bad or worse shape than
the one I had purchased over E-bay, rare first editions of very high
prices, shops that no longer had the title even though listed, and non
responses which resulted in me trying to contact shops via the phone
system only to find they were out of business. That was when I turned
to you and I have found one!
Thanks again.
