GEN: Walnut Creek CA area workshops, conferences?

Does anyone know of a conference, workshop, or other training session on
any aspect of librarianship, literature, reading incentive programs, or
even computer technology taking place in the Walnut Creek CA area on
Friday, FEB 16?  Or, do any of you manage a high school library with a good
reading incentive program you'd be willing to show to a visiting colleague
from the midwest on that date?
