The teacher of our gifted classes ask me today for ideas to use for enrichment with her students. She would like to have them take "mini courses" in a variety of areas. She wants things that they don't normally get in their regular curriculm or fun things teachers don't have time to do because of so many curriculm requirements. Things she has already thought of are photography, science experiment that pop, bubble & fizz, and rocket building. Any of those great minds out there have any suggestions or books/ websites I could refer her to? The ideas don't have to be book/literature-just anything that would be a fun learning mini course.
