HIT: tiny printing

Several people were interested in the solution to this problem, and I
thank those who provided it so quickly!

When you are ready to print, under file/page setup unclick "fit to page if
possible."  This takes care of it.  You'll get a couple of blank pages.
which is a waste of paper, but you can always keep that box clicked and
unclick it only when it prints out one of those tiny pages.
