Off-list job search in Ohio

Hello helpful librarians,

I have a friend and fellow teacher who will be moving to the Dayton, Ohio
area next school year with her military husband. She asked if I could find
out how to locate the requirements for her to teach in Ohio (we know that it
is not a reciprocal state for Texas) at the middle or high school level in
English.
She also would love to know of any potential openings anywhere around
Dayton.
