LM_NET: Library Media Networking
G'day all,
I'm home on the first day of my winter holiday break and planning for my
Spring holiday in September/October. We're travellng to the US and including
a few new places in our itinerary.
I'd like visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks on the way to Salt Lake
City where I'll indulge my passion for genealogy (whilst husband attends a
conference). Any advice on these parks would be appreciated. From Salt
Lake City we're driving to Denver and want to take a scenic route. We also
need to know the must-sees in Denver. After Denver we'll fly to Chicago for
a few days before driving to St. Louis (hope to go to the October library
conference there) - what's great in these cities?
Back in Los Angeles I want to indulge in some retail therapy - I'm told Ross
Dress for Less is great. Any other ideas for bargain shopping in LA (the
Aussie dollar is very weak)?
We like to include some natural wonders/scenic areas in our travels - I'd
love suggestions for such places in the areas we are visiting (no hiking
thanks). (We've previously done Yellowstone, Yosemite and The Grand Canyon)
