TARGET: Changes in elementary school libraries

For my MSLIB project I need responses from seasoned
(three years in position or more)elementary school
librarians to the following questions:
1)  List ways in which the Internet and technological
changes have changed the operation of your library.
2)  In what ways has your position changed to
accommodate these changes (describe duties you now do
which were not a part of your role until recent
years).
3)  Do you believe the elementary-level schools are
served last (after middle and high schools)when it
comes to technology access?
4)  As the role of the school librarian has grown
broader, any good suggestions on the design/vision,
planning and implementation of a realistic
library/computer lab budget (possibly on a 3 or 5 year
plan), will be greatly appreciated.
