QUERY: Can we send attachments?

I was asked to post a HIT with the responses I received about Accelerated
Reader Rewards.  When I finished with the list it was rather lengthy (3
pages).  I need to know if is it all right to send an attachment on the list
serv?  I am new at this and don't want to do this the wrong way.   I don't
have time to edit all the responses in order to shorten the list so I
thought an attachment would be better.
