Oh wise ones . . . I have a teacher friend who is desperately trying to find a picture book a principal shared with her nearly ten years ago. It was used in a workshop where the principal stamped all the teachers' hands with an "S' then read the story to them. The story was about an old, worn out teddy bear that turned out to be extra special. It was used to show the teachers that they were special, hence the "S" stamp on their hands. My friend doesn't remember if the bear had an "S" on it or what the book was called, but she said that for some reason she keeps thinking the name "RUBY" was somehow associated with the story. I know I'm providing very limited information, but I am confident that someone out there will know what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
