LM_NET: Library Media Networking
This sounds like the situation that we have with our AP anatomy books.
This is the second year of use. The books cost $80 dollars and the cover
are falling off. This is not just one or two books but nearly everyone is
in some state of disrepair. We do the best we can to hold them together
with 245 tape. The teacher is really upset and contacted the publisher.
Replacing them is not an option for us with the budgets being slashed all
over so I told the publishers that they needed to come up with a solution
or no books from their company would be even considered for any future
adoptions. They told him they will send a box in the fall to ship the bad
ones back for replacement. ( would be nicer if they were doing this over
the summer so the books would be back here in the fall!) Guess we need to
complain more.
