I am a library/media specialist in two buildings, K-8, in Cherokee, Iowa. We have about 1200 students in our schools in northwest Iowa. Because we are making up the last of our six days of snow vacation today, we still happen to be in school today. Otherwise we would have been out a week ago and enjoying summer vacation. Welcome to the world of librarians. It is a job that is never dull and never two days alike. Goodluck.
