GEN: Reader's Guide

This year when our students were taking the Iowa Basic Skills tests and =
the ITED tests I read the tests and the questions over the Reader's Guide =
are still there.  Maybe the test manufacturer's are considering taking the =
questions out during the next revision, but it hasn't happened yet.  I =
just wanted to clear this up so that people will not be misinformed =
thinking the tests no longer have these questions when in fact they do.
