In section II, Badge Information, write your name and indicate = that you've already registered for the conference. Be sure to include = your personal membership number! 3. Complete section IV, Administrator/Teacher Information for your = administrator or teacher. 4. Indicate any additional meal function, preconference workshop or = tour registrations needed for your administrator or teacher in sections = V-VIII. 5.
