  These entries can come from two sources. One is the regular history of

typed URLs, and can be removed by clearing history, or doing a find in
regedit for that data. The easy way is to click on Tools\Internet
Options\General\Clear History.

  The other source is auto-complete. There is a Clear button for that
at:
Tools\Options\Content Tab\AutoComplete button
