I have also had this problem!  I ordered barcodes from them and hadn't
received them in a timely manner, so I called to check on the status of my
order.  I was informed that there had been a problem with my order, but NO
ONE had called me to tell me!  If I hadn't called to check, I still would be
waiting for the barcodes!

That is unacceptable to me!
