Hello,
        Looking for a quote by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the German theologian.
I've seen it many times in books about the Holocaust, but I haven't been
able to track it down.  He speaks of how the Nazis imprisoned groups
initially that no one tried protested: the Communists, then the Socialists,
then the Jews, etc.  Finally when they decided to imprison the Christians
there was no one left.  Can any of you find that for me?
