The University of Michigan School of Education is proud to sponsor=20
two hands-on technology workshops on web searching on Monday=20
July 9.
These workshops, taught by CSTE's Search Mistress Marcia
Mardis, include a morning session from 9-11:30 entitled
Find It This Time: Search Techniques that Work and an
afternoon session, For the Savvy Searcher: Advanced Tips
and Tricks. Each session demonstrates the best search
techniques and sites as well as introducing the most cutting
edge web search technology. If you've seen Marcia before,
you can be sure all content is the freshest and most up-to-date
search info anywhere!
Each workshop is $70.00 and will be held in the UM School of
Education's state of the art computer labs. Enrollment is
limited to 18 in each session, so please sign up soon! Please
inquire about possible professional development and credit
options for sessions.
