I've been reading a wonderful book called The Power of A Positive Mom by
Karol Ladd. It's great for any female role model to a child. This book
could be read by a new mom, a mom with older children, a grandmother, an
aunt, even a godmother. I'm a godmother reading it and I think it will help
me so much with how I deal with my godson. The book talks about the
characteristics of a positive mother. The only problem is that it presents
it from a religious angle.
