library system

Hello!
I am a new librarian for a K-12 charter school in Northern Michigan. We
have been trying to build a library for over four years now. About 3
years ago the librarian at the time purchased Concourse from Master
Library Systems as our cataloging software. When I began inputting books
and patrons this year it seemed to work relatively easily, but the other
day my computer crashed and for the most part is kaput.

I found out yesterday I can receive a  $2,500 grant to get a new
computer and upgrade or purchase a new program. My question is:

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am at a loss as to where to even
begin.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
