Dear LM_Net and Kathleen,

I respectfully disagree with your view. If a school library has this issue
of S.I. Kids with this collectable card still in it, then the issue becomes
valuable and librarians need to put it from the stacks before a student
comes in and steals it. Second, since the school owns the card, then they
may sell the card to add money to their library budget. Books and magazines
can become valuable collector items. One year I purchased a $30 book from a
small publisher and the next year it was worth $300. We need to take good
care of our collections and when an opportunity like the Tiger Woods card
comes up to take full advantage of the monetary windfall.
