Thanks to all of you for all your personal sharing of similar experiences.
You are right about so many things - prioritizing, getting staff support,
personal friends to listen and looking for professional resources to help
wade through.  I will ponder this all tonight and over the weekend...try to
make a list of priorities and time frames and just keep on...I have had
some wonderful experiences during my short time, but I tend to  concentrate
on what I am NOT getting done, instead of what I AM doing.

So, thank you to all of you.  I wish I could offer something back...I'll
send my heartfelt best wishes.
