Group -- My principal would like to begin sending a motivational message to the staff on a regular basis. He asked me if I could find a source for him to use. I surfed the net on and off all day and found one really good site and some "okay" ones. I also searched the archives but must not be using the right terms 'cause nothing substantative came up. He's looking for more than "warm fuzzies" -- the example he gave me included some sort of statistical or factual basis, like "80% of students who _________ will ____________." In my mind, I'm calling this "motivational statistics" but I'm coming up empty!! Any ideas? TIA.
