The Westland School in Los Angeles, California has an opening for a
librarian beginning with the 2001-2002 school year.
Westland School is a small (130 students; K-6) private progressive
school with a social studies based curriculum. Job applicants should
have thorough knowledge of the basic elementary collection and
classroom teaching experience.
The library is fully automated. In addition there are three other
computers in the library for staff and student use. Knowledge of
Macintosh computers would be useful.
Salary is competitive and benefits are excellent.
