Dear friends, A teacher has come to me with three essays he thinks are plagiarized. I've run them through HowOriginal with no luck, but agree with the teacher that the level of writing is far above the students' norm. I've pulled a sentence from each to share with you and ask for your help. With so many of us on line, if it's out there, certainly someone will recognize it. And if not, thestudents have done amazing work! Thanks for your help. 1. You humans, being as you are, from earth and never having seen another life-bearing planet or other living beings would think our planet, not to mention our people, quite strange. 2. Every once in a while there comes a time in a fellow's life when it seems his luck has gotten stuck in quicksand and is sinking fast. 3. Natalaie slouched in her car seat and looked back at the familiar skyscrapers outlined in the pumpkin orange of the rising sun.
