PROF: Florida Certification

     A friend is moving to Florida and thinking abour reactivating
a long lapsed secondary teaching certificate (Industrial Arts &
Speech) and perhaps going for Special Education certification.
     If you have knowledge of how he'd proceed (agencies to contact
etc.) or what the possibility/future is, I'd really appreciate
being able to forward your resonses to him.
