Figurative Speech

Hello,
I have a 5th grade teacher who just requested that I read books about
figurative speech including metaphors, similes, ideoms, personification,
hyperbole and exageration.  I would appreciate any book title suggestions
that I may share with her class.

Thank you very much.  The only thing I can think of is William Stieg's CDC?
which is not what I am looking for.
