TARGET: GEN: TECH: Clean Slate

I checked the archives and saw nothing that pertains to the software.

I need this information yesterday, of course :-)
Does anyone have any opinion (positive or negative) from using Clean Slate
by Fortress?
We are trying to find a program that will allow us to teach students to
change things on their desktop or work in a program, but then to wipe it out
and start over with as little a problem for the teacher as necessary.
