Dear L_M Netters, We have Office 2000 on our network at school. Sometimes when I use the database program Access, after I have saved my work, when I use the database again I get the message: "You do not have exclusive rights....you will not be able to save any changes." Most of the time the databases have been saved to my "file" on the network, but no one else has access to them so they are not being used by more than one person at a time. Microsoft Help has not been any help since I have checked the options and made sure the file could be shared and that no one else had the file open. Once I get that message with a database it will give me that message everytime I try to make changes to it. I end up just starting a new database, not very practical.
