TAR:SEC:State Book Awards

Good morning everyone,

We are looking for criteria for YA book award programs.  If your state has a 
program site that I can look at please pass the url along to me.  A wonderful lady 
in southwest Missouri is trying to get a new book award started here in Missouri 
and I along with several others are trying to help and encourage her in this 
endeavor.
