Silly me!  I did not think my request would generate so much interest.
Blame it on end of school year.  Here are the suggestions for videos
covering French-Indian War and Mexican War:

Library video - Cauldron of War (F&I), Animated Atlas  Expansion West and
the Mexican War
Ambrose - Discovery and the French Frontier (F&I)
PBS - US-Mexican War - 4hrs, 2 videos
