I wanted to share this anecdote, sent to me by a friend, a former school
librarian.

I went to Borders Books after work yesterday.  There was a little boy there
with his dad; the boy looked to be four-five years old.  I overheard him
say, "This is a
library store, isn't it, Daddy?"

Now that's a kid who's been raised right!
