GEN: Plagiarism help

I have searched for two days now and have come up empty handed.  We had two
plagiarists.  I found one, but this one really has me stumped.  If it sounds
at all familiar please respond.  The spelling and punctuation are as the
student handed this in.  TIA.  Ruie
